Shelby the vet tech was the best she was so sweet and helpful! Also the doctor was very helpful and knowledgeable, all staff were great I’m really happy with my experience here for the first time, so was my dog!

The best staff in charleston! We love you guys! Thank yall for taking such good care of Queen. And for the amazing reception crew that always intercepts any worries I have with the most thoughtful care, you rock!!! I’ve been bringing pets here for years. The adorable animal facts on the signage out front brought us in, and the service and care provided will keep us coming back. Thank yall so much!!

I took my new puppy Finn in for his vaccinations and can't say enough kind words about everyone who helped me. COVID safety precautions like curbside appointments could have easily made the experience feel cold and impersonal but I found the exact opposite to be true. Everyone there clearly puts in the extra effort to ensure their customers all still receive that "personal touch" every step of the way, and you can feel their warm smiles right through their masks. 11/10 stars from me; cannot recommend them highly enough UPDATE - OCTOBER 2025 --------------------------------------------- Finn needed a new heartworm test before refilling his Simparica Trio and with all the construction going on, I'd have totally understood if there were complications with check-in, payment, etc. Instead this visit went just as smoothly as any usual, and we received the same warm welcome and excellent service we always do. Thanks again for everything and we'll see you again next month!
