Can not rave enough about my experience with Danielle, Melissa and Dr. McCarron! We had just bought a pet rat, which is considered an exotic in the area. The local exotic vet wanted an exorbitant amount to just walk through the door. I am so glad I trusted my gut, read reviews and went with All Creatures. They fit me in same day, were very thorough and helpful and reasonable as far as pricing. I would definitely recommend them for any pet.

I joined this clinic to be able to travel with my cat. I made it clear that was my only concern however when it was time for my travel the clinic was of no help! If you’re in need of an travel health certificate I don’t think this is the best spot for it. I had to change my flight and payed extra to get the documents in time. The staff is nice but never took accountability or anything. Kinda disappointed.

My daughter has two rabbit pets. The current one has a cyst growing on her side. We went to several veterinary clinics in Mt. Pleasant, Summerville, and other places for checkups and potential surgery before All Creatures. So far, Dr. McCarron and her staff are the most experienced and kind among all. I very much appreciate them taking care of our rabbits.

I had a wonderful experience at All Creatures with my beloved bearded dragon, Simba. After he unfortunately ate some plastic, Dr. McCarron performed an X-ray and took the time to thoroughly explain the findings and our options. Dr. McCarron and the tech were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. The clinic was clean, the staff was friendly, and I never felt rushed. What impressed me most was the follow-up care—they checked on Simba multiple times afterward at no extra charge. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients. I couldn't recommend All Creatures enough!
